I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaaack!

Well, we're back from Italy and I have about a million stories to tell. I'll start posting my pics (I took over 2,000) and excerpts from my 25 page word document journal soon, but here are a few highlights for the time being!

I saw the Colosseum, and boy is it OLD

I got bossed around by sassy Italian waiters. This is Stefano, and he knew what we needed to have for dinner better than we did.

I ate caprese salad like it is meant to be eaten. And have many new recipes/cooking inspirations from the whole trip.

I had the world's tiniest beer.

I took a lot of self-portraits of Mike and I that he barely tolerated

I went to McDonald's and noticed the old-school high chairs (like when I was a kid!)

And last but not least, I ate a metric TON of pasta.

Now if you need me I'll be going through the 2,000 pictures I took, loving on my puppy, or trying to get a handle on everyday living that went on while I was gone!
